Improving Communication with the New COMET Automatic Notifications

Medeco and Arrow Customer Care are pleased to announce a new automatic feature to provide faster expedite updates from the COMET order management tool on crcDash!

Prior to this new feature, expedite updates were routed to your territory Customer Care Specialist for them to manually send a status update on your request.  With this new feature, once Operations updates the status of a COMET request, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification stating if the factory was able to improve the shipment of your order along with the new scheduled ship date. 

To participate in this new feature, be sure to provide the Customer Care team your e-mail address at the time of your expedite request.
