Medeco and Arrow Customer Service Reorganization Announcement

Medeco and Arrow Customer Service is pleased to announce the following organizational changes that became effective December 31st:

Serilla Barnett has happily volunteered to assume the role of Senior Customer Service Representative & JDE Implementation Specialist. Serilla’s primary focus will be on New York & New Jersey business & with the Medeco JDE integration initiative. She will also be supporting Arrow International and will be the Subject Matter Specialist for the Medeco Canada Customer Service team.


Ben Gill has been transferred to the Marketing Department and has assumed the new role of Marketing Coordinator, focusing on many new initiatives such as the Mobile Locksmith Showroom.



Morgan Daniel has assumed the role of Customer Service Team Lead.  The Customer Service Team Lead role is the front-line for leading the effort to provide a great customer experience and to be the “go-to” person for all Customer Service Representatives, other Departments and “barrier buster” for all issues, questions or problems customers may be encountering. Morgan will also work directly with the eBusiness Lead.

Brandon Brummette has assumed the role of eBusiness Lead. The eBusiness Lead’s role is to drive customer adoption and integration of ASSA ABLOY’s e-commerce Web sites, EDI services, and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications for the purpose of smooth business-to-customer (B2C) transactions. This includes the development and implementation of e-commerce and e-business recruitment strategies and internal personnel technology training programs.  Brandon will be the “Go-to” person for all order entry personnel and will work closely with the Customer Service Lead.


Jeremy Butler has now joined the Medeco-Arrow team as a full time Customer Service Representative. Jeremy’s primary focus is on supporting ESS (Engineered Security Solutions) customers. He will be providing support to our Door Security Side of the business as well.
